Your brows but better.

No overdone arches.
No “Instagram brow.”

Just thoughtful microblading that creates soft, natural brows that actually look like they belong on your face.

What is microblading?

Great question!

Microblading is a semi-permanent brow technique where tiny, hair-like strokes are carefully placed into the skin to mimic real eyebrow hairs.

The goal isn’t to give you a whole new set of dramatic brows — it’s to softly fill in what’s already there so your brows look fuller, more balanced, and a little more put together (even on your no-makeup days).

Hi, my name is Monique!

I’m the face behind El Roi Beauty Co.

I started this because I’ve always loved the little details that help someone feel more confident and brows happen to be one of those details that can make a big difference.

My approach is simple: natural, thoughtful, and never overdone. Every set of brows is carefully mapped and customized to fit your face so the result still feels like you, just a little more polished.

I’m originally from New Mexico, love a good game of pickleball, and my faith in Jesus is a big part of who I am and how I care for the people who sit in my chair.

El Roi is a small, one-woman studio, which means every appointment is personal, relaxed, and focused entirely on you.

I can’t wait to meet you.

  • Most clients say it’s much more comfortable than they expected. A numbing cream is used before and during the appointment to keep you comfortable.

  • Results typically last 1–2 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. A touch-up every 12–18 months helps keep brows looking fresh.

  • Most appointments take about 2–2.5 hours. This includes consultation, brow mapping, and the microblading process.

  • Brows will appear darker for the first few days, then soften as they heal. Most healing happens within 10–14 days, with full results settling in around 4–6 weeks.

  • Yes. A perfecting touch-up is usually done about 8–10 weeks after your first appointment to make sure everything heals beautifully.

  • That’s always the goal. Microblading uses tiny hair-like strokes to mimic real brow hairs so the results look soft and natural—not drawn on.

Ask away, it’s okay.
